really u should get some pads soon when i started i went 2 months without pads and the bruises and burns on my knees and elbows really hurt,the best place is highspots

Everytime i come back from training i have bruises and burns on my elbows and legs but i am getting some knee and elbow pads from sportset soon at the moment ive only got boots

Elbow pads make your arms look really small... If you bump properly it shouldn't be that much of a problem...
if you need knee pads for support, that's different obviously.

they make ur arms small if u dont go to the gym, i think thats wat u were trying to say. for me, i will where gloves or tape my hand and forearm up because i think elbow pads are uncomfy and its more hardcore

if u can read, u will see that i wrote i dont need elbow pads. besides ur skin gets tougher once continually damaged. my hands get burnt every day at work when i pick up boiling hot flasks from the boiler bath. my hands are hard and rough

i must say elbow pads are very annoying when doing wrestling with them they fall down and get in the way

no1 notices elbow pads but if som1 has som new fancy top-of-the-range knee pad, they think that guys great
