Yeah- another problem with wearing elbow pads is the temptation to not bump properly- especially in the ring at the gym. A lot of people bump really strangely, but will end up getting hurt if they keep it up, particularly on a harder ring.

yeah my elbows have become stronger now so i dont bother wid elbow pads anymore they just irritate me

I tried wearing elbow pads once, but all they did was fall down to my wrists regularly and annoy me. At leats my knee pads stay where they're supposed to be.

Not mine, AMA pads are different...obviously, I find them hard enough to take off when I want to!

AMA pads are awesome, a bit expensive, but my knee pads have been very worthwhile as they're both comfortable and also my knees have stopped clicking when I walk up stairs
