Last Seminar fo the year....

And its to be hosted by our very own Alex Shane.

This Monday Alex is looking to host a limited space seminar exclusively for those at the FWA:Manchester gym.

The price for the session, (times to be decided) will be £150 divided between who ever is interested.
Optimal number will be 10 people, but theres room for a few more to keep costs down.

Included in this session will be a chance to go one-on-one with alex in the ring, and to get some individual advice on your abilities and the direction you need to be going in.

Everyone who has taken part in these sessions has benefited greatly, and id recommend for anyone looking to make the step up onto FSW shows in the new year.

Please post below if you're interested, and with any ideas what you would like to go over.

Sorry for the short notice. I ask anyone that reads this to spread the word, as the minimum amount will be 150 divided up vetween us all...regardless. this is becuase of the extra rent and the need to buy alex a train ticket home lol.
