This thursday the regular session will be replaced by the superb Colt Cabana.
Colt became a resident trainer at the gym last summer, whgilst he wa son his European Vacation, and a lot fo FSW trainees benefitted greatly from his wisdom.
This thursday he returns for one night only.
the cost of the session should be £15, and it will be highly beneficial to anyone that attends.
Times are 7.30 pm till 10pm.
Usual details apply.

So what actually happened at the session? Since nobody's mentioned it.

Ha. I wasn't there but apparently they got as far as 201 squats and a few sunset flips before the lights went out in the gym...

Haha, sounds like a great training session. They should have had 'dark' matches. Ho ho ho.

We sat in the dark for an hour getting taught about Memphis rules of wrestling. Then we did a few drills. And yes, we did around 200 squats. I say we, what I really meant is everyone else. I hate squats. If I got below a certain height I get stuck...

I thought the Cabana Seminar was really good, and although he went over some of the same stuff he did last time, it was still important, and most guys weren't there last time.
The most important things I took from it were:
The heel should never really go over clean, because there's no point. Particularly on the type of show's we're all likel;y to be doing, it's a bit different when you're running full angles and storylines.
Make sure your stuff is different to everyone elses. That's not just having unique spots, that means fighting out of a chinlock without using two elbows and a shootoff for example, or using a different hold to a chinlock.

I'd read the "seven rules" somewhere before but Colt explained them really well all the same. He's a funny guy, too.
