Uniforms.... lol
Alex is usually pretty good with guest trainers, although with them not knowing what we can do it makes it harder for them to train us. Mark Sloan's been one of the best for me, he taught me a lot of useful stuff that I now use, and he showed me that even a fat kid like me can enziguri Dale.

wernt we suposed to be gettin kit like boots knee pads elbow pads and s h i t like that No just pants and a shirt.... For me the best guest trainer's were D'lo, Scorpio and AJ. AJ not only taught us some nice stuff but told us how to make it in the buisness with his little speech. Scorpio basically taught us endurance, which helps ... a lot. And he also gave us the chance to work with him individually. And D'Lo taught us loads through the gift of speech. As well as sharing memories and Gilbert further adding to Mr Brown's mental scarring, which he had been told NOT to do.

Aj and D'Lo were great, AJ being my first guest trainer and constantly reminding me of the fact that I was rubbish. But letting me beat Luke in a shoot fight.
Taught me some useful stuff from a lock-up as well.
D'Lo was great, I still take arm drags like he showed us.
Can't say about Scorpio, I wasn't there.

I missed AJ, D-lo, Scorpio, NOAH, and Mark Sloan. My first guest trainer was Low Ki, and it was also the first time I showed my face at FSW! It was probably not that great a seminar for people who had been training longer, but I enjoyed it at the time. Plus, I got to meet Low Ki! Colt Cabana was great, even if it was only for chopping the hell out of newbies, and absolutely losing it with that kid who was afraid to take a clothesline. I remember that being a good session. Doug Williams taught us how to get thrown out of the ring, and some neat techy bits. That was a cool session, and we didn't even know he was coming! I didn't know Petey Williams was coming, so that was a cool surprise, even if he has a silly finisher, and was injured. We had an odd number of people at training that day, so he played a minor role in our 6 man tag- which was tres cool! Did I forget anyone? It's always fun to have a guest trainer, but sometimes it seems as though they're a bit wasted on teaching us the same kind of lesson as we usually have- I often think it would be a good idea if they taught us about a specific area that they think is important, or that they are well known for, instead of having to go through our bumping (seeing as just about everyone in the world seems to do it differently!) or wristlock spots or something. EDIT: I forgot the king of guest trainers and innovater of tribute show Sunday, FWA Superstar Mr Chris Egan. D'oh!
